  • The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation.

  • You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand mishaps happen during transit.

  • If you receive your order damaged, leaking, or broken, please take a photo of the packaging and product immediately.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra charge to you.

5. International Shipping
