14-Day Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original factory-sealed packaging (especially important for dietary supplements, health, and personal care items due to safety and hygiene reasons).

  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo or video of the damage to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for any verified damaged or defective items at no extra cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Errors/Damage: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please contact our customer support team.
